McD say SORRY! OMG. . .
Month ago, I submitted my feedback through their official website regarding their bad service. It was happened at LCCT branch, the day I came back from my China trip. I requested one of their staff specifically a Malay young lady to refill my coke. Anyway, she ignored me!!
Ok, never mind, I requested once again. Anyhow, I got ignored AGAIN!

I’m kinda bad temper modern young pretty lady. So, I YELLED at her for the third time. She gave me an angry stare, and then unwillingly called her junior colleague to refill my coke! Huh, such a joke! Seriously, if she still ignored me by the time, I shall throw my “paper cup” on her face right on the spot! This has thoroughly spoiled my day!
How can such bad service happen in my most favorite fast food chain? The worst part was that the McD even located inside the airport. It was an international gateway and it reflects directly our Malaysia culture to the foreign, ok??!! Please select your employee wisely, or else they will not only humiliate your own brand but also our country.
I didn’t really expect any respond given by them. However, they proved me wrong by calling me TWICE today. The first guy (forgot his name) apologized on behalf of their staff and ask me to visit him whenever I pass-by the restaurant. Siao! Lim teh with u meh?! The second guy was quite unlucky, cuz he calling me when I’m having my nap! I was frightened awake. So, do you expect me to treat him nicely?
ANYWAY, I SALUTE YOU MCD, for your integrity!
I have never ever expected a Malaysia operated company will say SORRY and you did it.
If you give me some cash voucher I will be more more more please perhaps!
